Hello! We are a Dutch/English/Spanish/Polish speaking couple living in the Netherlands for several years. We live in a spacious apartment in western Utrecht near Maxima Park. Our neighborhood is a wonderful suburban area perfect for raising a family and pets. There are many opportunities for exercise and socialisation in a healthy and safe environment. This will be our first litter of puppies, but I bring years of experience in raising, breeding, and showing animals, including rabbits, pigs, sheep, goats, guinea pigs, and chickens. I have studied veterinary science, biology, genetics, and public health, and for the past 7+ years, I have run a professional pet sitting and dog walking business. We are a small-scale, hobby breeder, raising only one litter at a time (at most once per year). Our goal is to give our puppies the very best start in life — healthy, socialized, loved, and confident. The puppies are raised with their mother, Luna, in our home, surrounded by family life, other pets, children, and a variety of sights, sounds, and experiences. We prioritize Luna’s health and happiness above all else and go above and beyond in preventative care. The Dam/Mother Dog Luna: Luna (Dam) is a 3-year-old Merle F1 American Cocker Spaniel x Miniature Poodle. She was born in California, where she lived until April 2024. Luna grew up in a home filled with other dogs coming and going. She is a sweet dog who loves people. She prefers the couch to being outside. She is crate-trained and house-broken. Luna is not only our beloved furbaby, but also a family pet beloved by my sisters, my mother, and my dearly departed dad, who initially brought her into our family. Luna has been around our large extended family with small children. She enjoys walks in the open, grassy areas. She has travelled extensively in California and has now begun her European adventures. She has been genetically tested via Embark. She received extensive care during and after her pregnancy. We will be doing eye and hip exams soon. She was found to have no health issues and was cleared by the vet. During the summer of 2025, she had an extensive dental cleaning, a heart check, and a physical examination. Luna typically weighs 5.5kg and is 25cm at the hip. Luna is a blue (black color) merle with brown eyes. She does not shed. Her mother was a tricolor American Cocker Spaniel, and her father was a Red miniature poodle in California. This is Luna’s first pregnancy. The Sire/Father Dog Teddy: Ted is a very sweet and sociable Red miniature poodle with a beautiful curly coat. He doesn't shed and has been declared completely healthy by his vet. He is a stud dog hired to produce Luna’s litter. He was chosen for his temperament, robustness, and overall health. Ted is about 35 cm tall and weighs about 6 kg. He's a friendly dog ​​who grew up for over two years in a family with three young boys in the Netherlands.
